Felicia L. Henderson is a creative strategist, founder, and visionary who has spent 15+ years at the intersection of human-centered design, enterprise technology, and the future of work.

As founder of Kreativ Consult Agency LLC and co-founder of Thirty 27, Fe builds systems and strategies for organizations ready to evolve, not just optimize. A Howard University alumna and Parsons-trained designer with an MS in Strategic Design for Global Leadership, she brings rare fluency across ERP strategy, Organizational Change Management, and AI-powered design thinking.

She is the host of Destined to Disrupt and the creator of Coco, an AI-powered design co-partner — proof that her vision doesn't stop at the whiteboard. Fe doesn't just anticipate the future. She architects it.
